Ramen Noodles
This is a typical Japanese main course with homemade noodles. Each dish has its own distinct taste and is prepared with organic ingredients. For the ramen noodles you can choose from 2 preparations (Tare): Miso (Japanese fermented bean paste) which creates a creamier, thicker soup, or a Shoyu (soy sauce) base which creates a lighter, clearer soup.
